He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Bentley and Ethel Francis "Sissy" Mabe Jackson; and his sisters, Velma "Tiny" Jackson Kirby and Cleta Jackson Brown. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Lee Copenhaver Jackson of Max Meadows; his daughter Vanessa; his son-in-law Rick Sheffey of Max Meadows; his son Mike Jackson of Max Meadows; his grandchildren, Duston Thomas Jackson of Pismo Beach, CA, Stephen Michael Jackson of Wytheville, Kayla Audrey Jackson of Wytheville, VA, Shannon Dawnlynn Sheffey of Dallas, TX and Schelby Laura Sheffey of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Faye Jackson Poole of Moneta, VA and Charles Earnest Jackson of Max Meadows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
