He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Dunford and Elizabeth Brinkley Dunford; and his granddaughter Pamela Alford. He is survived by: his wife Emily "Susie" Dunford; and his daughters, Jena (Joseph Williams), Donna Camper, Robin Jones, Dreama (Steve Rash) and Rebecca (Allen Irvin). He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many extended family and friends.
