She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brandenburg and Elizabeth Brandenburg; her husband Paul "Sonny" Poole; and her brother Jay Brandenburg. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori (James Gravley) and Barbara (Mike Mowday); her grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Kayla, Cody and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Lane, Liam, Atlas, Gunnar, Iris, Kayson and Reagan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1705 Peppers Ferry Rd, Wytheville, VA 24382). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens (7764 W Lee Hwy, Rural Retreat, VA 24368).
