She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Surratt and Mary Spencer Surratt; her son Dean Webb; and her brothers, Lee Surratt and Hubert Surratt.
She is survived by: her husband Hugh Webb; her daughter Reba Hoffman of Blacksburg, VA; her daughter-in-law Jeannie Webb of Barren Springs, VA; her siblings, Mavis Vaughn of Castleton Road, VA, Janet (Bobby Webb), Cassie (Greg Nunn), Sharon Umberger of Draper, VA and Lewis (Betty Surratt); her grandchildren, Chad, Samantha Webb, Brandi Hill, Carmen Webb, Mary Hoffman and Ella Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Kamdyn, Brailyn and Charlotte; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Leighlon, Audrey and Lily. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Intrepid Hospice and Healthcare, 101 West Main Street, Radford, VA 24141.
