She is survived by: her husband Harold Hart; her son Larry Ball (Carol); her grandchildren, Katrina Monahan (Derek), Shannon Ball (Carrie), Adam Ball (Pam), Gary Musick, Joe Musick (Shannon), Tom Musick and Andrew Musick; her granddaughter-in-law Kelli Musick; her great grandchildren, Seth Freeman, Brady Freeman, Ivy Freeman, Ryan Ball, Jenna Ball, Sally Ball, Sydney Ball, Darcie Ball, Katy Turpin (Jonah), Carlie Musick, Matthew Musick and Riley Musick; her sister-in-law Sue Kiser; her niece Pam Richardson; and her caregivers, Jesse Dalton and Barbara Brown.
