She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Franklin Ayers, Sr. and Lessie Inez Viars Ayers; her siblings, Madeline Elizabeth Ayers Viars, Francis Lea Ayers and Garnett Edward Ayers (John) of Max Meadows; and her nephews, Eddie Ayers, III and Duane Ayers.
She is survived by: her brothers, Carl E. Ayers (Shirley) of Wytheville, VA and Gary M. Ayers (Nita) of Max Meadows; and her nieces and nephews, Sherry Viars, Donna Hall, Sandy Jones, Karen Silva and Jeff Ayers.
