She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene and Zeola Mae Hopkins Harrell; her husband Robert L. Bourne Jr.; and her son Gerald Wayne Bourne. She is survived by: her niece Jean Arnold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barnett Funeral Home (325 Church St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens (7764 W Lee Hwy, Rural Retreat, VA 24368).
