With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Reynolds Taylor of Max Meadows, Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Brooks Reynolds and Nellie May Kirby Reynolds; her husband Charles; her brothers, Junior, Bobby and Jimmy Reynolds; and her son-in-law James P. Lyons, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly (Randell "Elmo" Aker), Michele (Greg Campbell) and Jeffery Charles; her daughter-in-law Laura Taylor of Roanoke, VA; her grandchildren, Sarah "Beth", Michael McGee, Robert, Tiffani Lyons, Hannah, Blevins, Jared, Amanda Hovencamp, Jade, Evan McManus, Jacob Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Chloe Taylor, Brad Rottenborn and Kate Rottenborn; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Elliott McGee, Noah, Aubrey Lyons, Reagan Blevins, Ella, Deacon Hovencamp, Gabe and Levi McManus. She is also survived by Several sisters-in-law, special nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church (796 Ivanhoe Rd, Max Meadows, VA 24360). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at the St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery (796 Ivanhoe Rd, Max Meadows, VA 24360).
