He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter "Bud" and Elva Akers Felts of Max Meadows; his wife Zelda Ingo Felts; and his siblings, Odis (Elizabeth Felts), James Felts, Garland Felts, Glen (Twyla Felts), Juanita (Ralph Ogle), Lorene (Chaffin Thacker) and Gloal Holland.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Felts and Tara Felts Dowdy (Michael); his grandchildren, Haley Felts, Trevor Dowdy (Alexa) and Julie Dowdy Stone (Justin); and his siblings, Larry (Charlotte Felts) and Sherlene Felts Akers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
