He is survived by: his wife Velma Sue Fink of Max Meadows; and his children, Carol Shelton of Woodlawn, Jeanette Bach of Christiansburg, Gary Fink of Max Meadows and Michael Fink of Christiansburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
