She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Alvin Neal and Lousia Hounshell Neal; and her husband Dewey Wesley Stoots. She is survived by: her children, Dewey Lee Stoots (Becky) of Wytheville, VA, Wesley Stoots (Loretta) of Poplar Camp, VA and Kathleen "Jan" Grossi of Max Meadows, VA; and her sister Dolly Hess of Powhatan, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
