She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel L. Burnett and Ellen Mae McDaniel Burnett; and her brother Reverend Charles F. Burnette. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward Pearman, Jr.; her son Brian Pearman of Wytheville, VA; her sister-in-law JoAnn Burnette Johnson of Greenville, SC; her nieces, Andrea (Brent Fortson) and Charlene (Tim Wheeler); her great-nephews, Andrew Fortson of Zebulon, GA, Matthew Fortson of Thomaston, GA, Taylor Fortson and Joseph Wheeler of Columbus, NC; her great-niece Erin Wheeler of Asheboro, NC; and also Elijah Fortson of Zebulon, GA..
