It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aaron McKinney of Max Meadows, Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick H. McKinney and Mary L. McKinney of Max Meadows; and his brother Michael L. Lefler of Max Meadows. He is survived by: his sister Donna Clark of Max Meadows; his niece Ashley (Roger Funk); his great-niece Erica (Charles Phillips); his aunts and uncles, Stella Cox of Rural Retreat, VA, Rick McKinney, A. J. and Snowdeer Peake of Pulaski; his cousins, Dane Peake of Roanoke, Ernie and Rachel Peake of Nashville, TN.; and also, Christian, Alex, Michael and John of Roanoke.
