She is survived by: her children, Peggy McConnaughey of Lompoc, CA, Alice Porter (Richard) of Mavisdale, VA, Robert Nichols (Bonita) of Abingdon, VA and Bill Nichols (Wanda) of Abingdon, VA.; and her sister-in-law Ruby Hagy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
