She was predeceased by: her parent Elsie Mae Bond Stiltner. She is survived by: her parent Burton Richard Stiltner of Mavisdale; her husband Billy Ratliff; her children, Billy Ray Ratliff (Melissa) of Asheboro, Steven Douglas Ratliff (Priscilla) of Asheboro, Christopher Shawn Ratliff (Pennie) of Mavisdale and Brentney Annabell Ratliff of Mavisdale; her grandchildren, Alanna Brooke Ratliff, Samantha Dawn Sparks and Bethany Nicole Ratliff; her great grandchild Emerie Mae Sparks; her sisters, Belle Ann Stiltner and Patricia Ann Matney; her aunt Ruby Bond; and her daughter Little Bit. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
