He is survived by: his wife Patty Ann Painter Murden; his children, Stevie Wayne "Beef" Murden of Edinburg, Alan Murden (Brianna) of Fort Valley and Brittany Murden (Andrew Propst) of Mt. Crawford; his stepsiblings, Dale Ritchie of Edinburg and Judy Ritchie of Edinburg; his sister-in-law Lisa D. Murden; his nieces, Melinda Bowers of Franklin and Chasity Heier (Chris) of New Market; and his pets, Roxy and Bella.
