She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jason Rhodes Sr. and Esta Irene Copp Rhodes; her husband Donald Coffman Rhodes; and her sisters, Helen Rhodes Ritenour (Raymond) of Virginia and Jean Elizabeth Rhodes Anderson (Godfrey).

She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Rhodes Downey (Michael) of Maurertown and Karen Rhodes Carter (Timothy) of Maurertown; her brother Samuel Jason Rhodes Jr. (Marie) of Toms Brook; and her grandchildren, William Rhodes Downey, Emily Irvin of Edinburg and Mona Rhodes Carter of Maurertown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
