He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fogle and Christine Good Fogle; and his brothers, William Fogle and Larry Fogle. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Markle Fogle; his son Richard Lester Fogle of Woodstock; his siblings, Melvin Fogal (Alda) of Woodstock and Loretta Behm (Pat) of Fredericksburg; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Pence (To Jo) of Maurertown, Kathleen Fogle of Maurertown, Steve Miller (Lori) of Stephenson and Lester Markle of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
