She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Virginia Miller Foltz; her husband Richard L. Clem; her stepfather Earl Foltz; her brother Richard Foltz Sr.; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Warren (Robert) of Woodstock; her grandson Dale Williams of Strasburg; and her siblings-in-law, Clifford Clem (Peggy) of Strasburg and Janet Foster of Winchester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
