We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2023, at the age of 88, Lillie Mae Zirkle of Maurertown, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William and Hazel Day Hamman; her husband Frank Casper Zirkle, Sr.; her son Michael Zirkle; and her siblings, Gladys Garrett, Juanita Himelright, Alvin C. Hamman, Lee Hamman and Wilma Ryman.
She is survived by: her son Frank C. Zirkle, Jr. (Icelee Nelson) of Woodstock, VA; her sister Genevieve Reager of Front Royal; her nieces and nephews, Sandy McGheen (Robert), Karen Grant Brown (Pete Robison), Joyce Ann French, Gene Hamman (Barbara) and Leo Ryman (Gloria); her close friend Sandy Lawson; and her caregivers, Lalani Mitchell, Gloria Green, Fiona Sullivan, Kathy Miller and Susan Goody.
Memorials may be made to the Woodstock or Strasburg Vol.
