She was predeceased by: her parents, Deryl Wilson Hepner and Orpha Miller Hepner; and her siblings, Diana Hepner Smith, Billy W. Hepner and Beverly A. Hepner.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Lynn Sibert; her daughter Susan Fream (Jason) of Basye; her siblings, Jean Kohne of Edinburg and Ricky Wayne Hepner of Mt. Jackson; and her granddaughter Gabi Fream. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
