He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Edward and Ada Marie Mizell Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughters, Stefani and Christina; and his siblings, Sharon (Kyle) and Mark (D'lena). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
