He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Charles and Rose Marie Otlo Kinkel. He is survived by: his nieces, Jessica Jones (Mikey) and Crystal Collins; his nephew Edward Kinkel, Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chandler, Mason, Gavin, Nathan, Korbin, Johnathan, Joseph, Tensley and Maddisen; his brothers, Albert Charles Kinkel and Edward John Kinkel; his close friends, Ray and Tracey Heishman; and also Tiffany Zirkle (Levi).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stover Funeral Home (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
