In the sacred silence of farewell, Dorothy Coleman is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dorothy Coleman's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Alexandria Coleman and Bauserman Coleman of Summit Point; and her significant other John Charles Ryman. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley French (Doug); and her nieces and nephews, Kitty Ashby (Bobby), Ellen Bowers, Mike Coleman, Mark Coleman and Wayne Bowers.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Pike Church of the Brethren (83 Headley Rd, Maurertown, VA 22644).
