He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Allan and Colleen Allan-Conley of Tall Timbers, MD.; his sons, Eustace Urbani and Emmett Allan; the parent of his children Courtney Urbani of Front Royal, VA; his siblings, Kimberly Allan of Tall Timbers, MD and Dustin Allan; his sister-in-law Kaitlin Allan; and his nephews, Sullivan Allan and Finnegan Allan of Lexington Park, MD. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
