He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl I. Conner, and Elsie Barbe Conner, Sr.; his sisters, Garlyn Conner Pascoe of Plymouth and Lucille Conner Baker of Verona, VA; and his son David Conner of Maurertown.

He is survived by: his spouse Jean Mumaw; his daughter Elizabeth Riffey (Patrick); his grandsons, Matthew and Andrew; and his sister Joyce Conner Hamrick (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
