She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Shiley and Elizabeth Bowers Shiley; and her daughter Susan Rinker. She is survived by : her daughter Debra Lynn Rinker Funk, her granddaughter Jessica Funk and great grandson Maddox Novian.
