She is survived by: her son Herbert Lewis, Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, Stacy McKinney (David) and Herbert "Herbie" Lewis (Lauren); her stepdaughter Ellen Schiavone; and her great grandchildren, Madisen, Quad and Gavin.
