He is survived by: his parent Grace Elizabeth Mellon (Thomas); his wives, Bluegrass Rebels and Ellen Kay Mellon (Slavey); his son Raymond Ricardo Mellon of Mattaponi; his siblings, James V. Mellon (Liz) of Romney, WV, Roger D. Mellon (Kathy) of McCoole, MD and Maris Caldwell of Westernport, MD; and also, Deborah Brill, Candy Marie Mellon, Sonya Kay Thomas (Jason) of Highland Springs, VA and Heidi Dawn Ballard (Brad) of Oilville, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
