He is survived by: his wife Shirley Custalow; his sons, Ricky (Darlene), Johnny (April), Jimmy (Joyce) and Sam (Amber); his grandchildren, Crystal (Mike), Sarah, Tracey, Rachel, Alexandra, Travis, Isabelle, Emma and Curtis; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Mason, Madelin, Savannah, Hunter and River. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
