He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vandegrift and Joyce Clawson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Vandegrift; his daughters, April Vandegrift (Traye) and Melissa Vandegrift (James); his grandson Logan; and his siblings, Alma Fore, June Gedro, Midge Clawson and Perry Vandegrift.
