He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Andrew and Mildred Chappell Turner. He is survived by: his caregiver Janice Payne Turner; and his cousins, Jason Matthew Turner and Kimberly Turner Voxland. He is also survived by many other friends and family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Matoaca United Methodist Church Community Outreach Building Fund, 6301 River Rd, South Chesterfield, VA 23803.
