He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Donald and Mary Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lyon Leake; his sons, Michael Leake and Matthew Leake (Jessica Griffin); and his siblings, Nancy Gonzalez, Shirley Hendricks (David) and Larry Leake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
