Margaret Weaver Hodges Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Weaver Hodges of Matoaca, Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Filmore and Evelyn Wills Weaver; her husband James Whitney Hodges; and her sister Mary "Teady" Hare. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Jean Hodges and Judy Kay Daniels (Keith); her grandchildren, Jeffery Nimmo and Brittany Kay Daniels; her great grandchildren, Shane Grammer and Jordan Dahilig; her great great grandchildren, Lizzie and Liam Grammer; and her nephews, Mike Hare, Bubba Hare (Shirley), Rick Hare (Lori) and Tim Hare (Chris).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Matoaca Cemetery (21688 Memorial Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803).
