She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Cox and Emma Cox. She is survived by: her husband David Columbus Belcher III; her daughters, Regina Christine Monile (Joseph) and Rebecca Ann Webb; her grandchildren, Nathan McCoy, Joseph Monile III (Priscilla), Cheyann Christine Allen, Angela Jane Webb and Jacob Adam Webb; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Noah and Ian. She is also survived by three siblings; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
