She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Hartman and Winifred Hartman; and her siblings, Gilbert Hartman, Richard Hartman, Wilbur Hartman, John Hartman and Merriel "Sissy" Fers.
She is survived by: her husband Clinton Wells Jr.; her daughters, Sheila Davis Champion (Gene), Pamela R. Wells, Cindy L. Evans (Charles Sr.), Linda W. Bruner (Don) and Susan A. Wells; her grandchildren, Sarah E. Davis, Emily J. Davis and Charles L. Evans Jr.; and her sister Lucy H. Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Matoaca Baptist Church.
