He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leigh and Francis Leigh; and his sisters, Elizabeth Hayes and Mary Douglas Miller. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Regina Buzard (Max) of Sutherlin, Virginia and Ralph Leigh (Janet) of Montross, Virginia; his grandsons, Brandon Walden (Crystal) and Benjamin Buzard; his great grandchild Juliana Buzard; and his brothers, Ellis Leigh and Leon Leigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
