He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Karen Kostyal (Charles Smith), Kristen (Pete Dolan) and Kimberly Kostyal (Dennis Dimick); his grandchildren, Brandon Wood, Justin Wood, Will Smith, Claudia Dimick and Sofia Dimick; and his great grandchildren, Bryce Wood and Sydney Wood.
