She was predeceased by: her husband Robert P. Riggs, Sr.; her parents, Harvey Ellis and Colleen Brady; her children, Colleen Atwell and Fred Atwell; and her stepson Robert Riggs, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Bartly, Michael Riggs (Birdie), Frank Atwell (Bobbie) and James Riggs. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
