He was predeceased by: his father Maryus H. Hogg; and his siblings, Boyd A. Hogg, Lewis H. Hogge, Nelson J. Hogge, Roselle V. Williams and Catherine Hogge Smith Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn F. Hogge of Mathews, VA.; his children, Christy Parrish (Clark) of Yorktown, VA. and C. Garren Hester (Erin) of Hillsborough, NC; his grandchildren, Justin, Lacy Parrish of Yorktown, VA, Seamus and Sadie Hester of Hillsborough, NC.; his son Dr. Lewis H Hogge (Dene) of Towson, MD; his niece Susie Rye (Randy); and his nephews, Adam Hogge and Dennis Hogge.
