He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Marshall and Emma Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Marshall; his children, Heather M. Hudgins (Robert) of Mathews and Leslie Douglas Marshall (Hon) of Mathews; and his grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Ethan and Marshall Hudgins.
