He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Bly; his children, Jeff, Rick (Lisa) and Caroline (Steven); and his brothers, Edward and Robert. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
