He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his brother Dean; his sister-in-law Patricia Sampson of Bainbridge Island, Washington; his sister Patty Sampson of Redmond, Oregon; his nephews, Greg Sampson, Rusty Libby and Jeff Libby of Florence; his niece Becky; and his pet Bella.
