Janice Shanks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Shanks (Mathews, Virginia), who passed away on November 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Lee Shanks Jr.; her parents, Teddy G. Harris and Wilma Walthall Harris; and her sister Laura Joy Harris Gugliemi. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lee Shanks Walden (Jimmy); her grandsons, Winston Whitfield Walden and Taylor; her brother Harold L. Harris (Jean); her brother-in-law Mario Gugliemi; her niece Laura Harris Hughes (Mark); and her nephews, Dr. Mark Harris (Sue), Ted Harris (Tracey), David Gugliemi (Helen) and Timothy Gugliemi.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic services will be private.
