He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Epaphro Ditus Owens, Jr. and Mabel Ward Owens; and his sister Nancy Ellen Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Mary O. Clements; his niece Leah Lewis; his great-niece Candace Bunting; his nephews, Mark, Robbie Bunting and Brian Lewis; and his great-nephews, Garrett Lewis and Andrew Pavlick.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home (160 Main St, Mathews, VA 23109). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Milford Cemetery (276 Haven Beach Rd, Moon, VA 23119).
