She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Walter and Annie Vey; her husband Thadeus J. Maciag; and her sisters, Madeleine Vey Harris and Grace Vey Braun.
She is survived by: her sons, John Johnson (Rosa), Charles Johnson (Charlene), Raleigh and Steve Johnson (Robin); and her grandchildren, Karenlynn, Stephanie, Erica, Skip, Jon, Christopher and Wade. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
