He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Dotsie Levengood, Phillip Dorr, Ella and Ludwig Roller.
He is survived by: his mother Toni Kepler; his stepfather Marvin Kepler; his wife Sandra McCoy Levengood; his children, Amber Rae Levengood of Pasco, WA, John William Levengood of Arlington, VA and Savannah Lee Levengood of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sisters, Deb Blankenship, Sandy Buchholz (Vic) and Su Kepler; and his grandchildren, Haily Gorbatyuk (Sergey), Aaron Macki, Allysa Macki and Isabella Macki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
