He was predeceased by: his grandfather Willie James Sagoes; and his great-grandparents, Helen Tucker McCorvey and Charles Harry McCorvey. He is survived by: his parents, Valerie Renee McCorvey Dickerson (Jalisa) and Willie James Sagoes, Jr. (Amanda); his fiancé Hailee Langhorne; his children, Melody Mouzon, Isaiah James McCorvey-Sagoes and Josiah Langhorne; his siblings, MyKalah Saunders, Elijah Saunders and Grayson Sagoes; and his grandparents, Tammy Reaves, Michele, Gary Thompson and Katherine Evans "Grandma Kat". He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright Funeral Service Chapel (1425 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
