With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wynona Rigney Smith of Martinsville, Virginia, born in Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Acie Rigney and Connie Rigney; her husband Herman Smith; her sons, Robert, Randolph and Mike Smith; and her siblings, Janice Blankenship, Brenda Turner, Ethel Blankenship, Elizabeth Dillon, Jewel Rigney and Wilson Rigney.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Mae Dodson; and her siblings, Paulette Law and Herbert R. Rigney, Sr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
