He is survived by: his wife Wonda Valentine Hairston; his children, Linda Rivalte of Ridgeway, VA, Marcia Hairston of Martinsville, VA, Alonzo Hairston (Retta) of Ridgeway, VA and Elbert Valentine (Yolanda) of Killeen, TX; his siblings, Alice H. Hughes (John) of Martinsville, VA, Janet H. Jamison of Martinsville, VA, Frederick D. Hairston (Sheda) of Martinsville, VA, Samuel L. Hairston (Arnette) of Martinsville, VA, Russell L. Hairston (Denise) of Martinsville, VA and Anthony J. Hairston (Cathy) of Patrick Co; and his nephew Iron Belt Christian Church. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces.
In accordance with the CDC, a face covering and social distancing is required.
